Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days after delivery for eligible items. To be eligible, the watch must be unused, unworn, in the same condition received, and returned with its original packaging and accessories.

To start a return, contact slowcoral@arasaka.me with your order number and reason for return. Items sent back without return approval may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.

Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
